Highlands Elementary School Board of Education swore in 3 members at its annual Reorganization Meeting held on January 4th, 2017. New Board member Ryan Britton took the oath of office along with re-elected members Sue Thomas and Diane Knox. Maryann Fiel was elected as Board President and Cynthia Fair was elected as Vice-President.
